My "seventh" attempt with Shweta Narayan's phoenix watercolor. By this point, the two personalities are highly defined, and I've realized what sorts of resolutions are necessary for print, so I spent a fair amount of time recreating details. Also, this piece has finally made the conversion to CMYK, and I haven't worked on it since (the trickle has stopped), so perhaps I've found the endpoint.
